About Fluffy Bottom Babies
Fluffy Bottom Babies is a charming store known for its friendly and helpful staff, making every shopping experience enjoyable. Customers appreciate the wide selection of products, including Jelly Cat toys, books, handbags, and accessories. The staff is praised for their patience and product knowledge, especially when assisting families with young children. Many shoppers have had positive experiences both in-store and online, noting the staff's willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs.
However, there have been some concerns regarding store hours, as one customer experienced a situation where the store closed early while they were there to pick up an order. While this practice is within the owner's discretion, some suggest that clearer communication about possible early closures could enhance the shopping experience. Overall, Fluffy Bottom Babies is a beloved small business that customers are eager to support, with plans to return for future purchases.

Sweetest customer service! Very helpful with sizing and finding items. The store and stock are BEAUTIFUL. Carries many brands like Jan&Jul, Kyte etc that, typically, you can only find online. These items can be more premium so it’s so nice to shop them in person, and know you’re getting the right size.

Walked into Bayer’s Lake store to purchase a Jelly Cat and was greeted by Jenna who, at our request, proceeded to walk us through the entire line of options including books, handbags, and accessories. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient. Totally enjoyable visit!! Thanks Jenna!!
