“The owner, vibe and store are hands down the best. I always enjoy my time there whenever I get the chance to go in. I've been going there for years for dice, cards and everything in between for our games! There is always something for a sweet lil' gamer here!
Thanks so much for being such a great place to go cape and cowl ??”
“Get your comics here. I was looking specifically for cards and they seem to be collectables and comics only now. The owner was friendly when we went in and explained they needed to adapt during COVID and wouldn't want to enter the market again and possibly take people away from the card shops in town. Good people, you should get your comics here.”
“NHL, NFL, NBA, Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, you name it they've got it! Plus they have a location for hosting tournaments/events.The entrance looks like a prison on an industrial slave planet, but don't let that scare you away, the inside is nice and friendly and the owner is super nice and helpful”
“happened upon this little gem on our last day in Halifax and I wish I had more time! Beautiful atmosphere and vast array of offerings. Staff were so friendly and laid back, which made for a very fulfilling wander around. Gorgeous art work available for purchase as well!”
“Sales/Service from Gilbert, Phil and Andrew have been top notch. They explained to a relative newbie (haven't been shooting photos for approximately 7 years) all the new technologies and guided me through the process to upgrading my older Olympus rig to the latest and greatest Sony. Was looking at Canon, but after discussing wants and needs, it made the most sense to go with Sony. They are always willing to take the time and help this old fart out. Thanks again guys for all of your help and patience. My daughter and I are really enjoying our new rig!”
“Always great prices with an intricate variety to make you want to buy outside your usual stuff, staff is friendly and always has good music. James Brown for the win.”
“Could not ask for better service. All the staff is very knowledgeable about all things Warhammer and given that’s what Games Workshop company is built around it’s great! All the fellas there know that store inside and out, they are very helpful and will go out of their way to give you the best Warhammer experience, whether you’re new to the game or just coming into the hobby. Given the amount of time I’ve spent there in the past few months I’ve learned loads about the hobby, the game and painting! I cannot stress these how helpful the guys are!”
“The old guy there is awesome! Asked me if I needed help, did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I was there for hobby stuff, lots of selections! I'll definitely go back!”

“I am from the UK, and I have only seen 1 craft store in the UK that has as much choice as Michael's, and that has now closed down! I love the space and how the store is set out, easy to find what you need. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable too. ?”
“Deb, Alyssa and all the staff at The Flag Shop in Dartmouth are so kind and helpful. They have a great inclusive community spirit and are so welcoming whenever we visit.”
“I just happen to fall on the place. I always wondered where their show was. I was overwhelmed with their stock of plastic models and all the remote control cars, trucks and planes. I will be back!”

“I was given a very heavy painting from friends. It needed wiring and hanging gear. The staff was very helpful, they added the necessary items to hang the picture successfully and it only cost me $11.00. As a senior that was impressive and affordable.”
“An alright craft store, it seems most everything is over priced. A basic big white pot $150 meanwhile Homesense down the road has similar for $39. They had buy one get one free on most items, seems the prices may be increased on alot of items to counteract that offer.”
“A big selection, lots of cool paraphernalia and super knowledgeable staff. I personally have a hard time navigating the layout of what goes where and usually have to ask for help, but this is my go to comic shop”
“Staff is always lovely and helpful. Even though I'm generally a fan of self-service, I'm not really a fan of it at Michaels. Quite possibly a personal opinion and I'm not there often enough to be used to how theirs works. It's a meh experience with using it.”
