Every person we spoke to was helpful, kind, and professional. Their timing was incredible. The pick-up/drop-off time window is spot on, and driver phoned when he was 40 mins out, and he arrived on time for both delivery and pick-up. This DOES NOT happen with other companies, you end up waiting all day. So happy we decided to go with PODS, and if we find ourselves in a situation in the future where we need moving/storage, we will 100% be using PODS.”
