“I have been storing my stuff here for about four years. I haven't had any real problems, but my one complaint is that they bill for every 28 days (four weeks) instead of monthly. That way, they get an extra payment every year, and I never know the day my bill is due because it changes by two or three days every month. It's expensive enough as it is. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. The place is clean, and when I call for the rare question or issue, the staff are friendly and helpful.”
