Very poor method of arranging books in the craft/ garden and some other sections . Spines of books are placed so you can’t quickly browse the titles . This is the only VV that does this. Also the linen section is much smaller than other stores. It’s always a disappointing store to shop at

I had a really unpleasant experience at this Value Village because of a staff member named Dimitri. He was short, dismissive, and came across as annoyed the moment I asked a simple question. Instead of trying to help, he spoke to me in a condescending way and made me feel like I was bothering him. Mistakes happen, but the attitude is what really stood out. Customer service should feel respectful, and this didn’t at all. It honestly left a bad impression and made me not want to come back.

For a 2nd hand store I think the prices are a bit much, considering everything is by donation

Went in today to get my kid winter boots. I found a pair size 7 (the size I needed) that were priced at $24, but I found the exact same boots size 5 that were $4.50. When I asked why, the store member argued that when they were priced they were marked as men's boot. Tried explaining that kids sizes go to 7 that fell on deaf ears. $20 price difference for the same shoe that's a slightly bigger size.

Every now and then you find treasure like a fully functional iPod touch 2nd gen 32gb and then you find absolute garbage like the 60 dollar Wii that was beat to piss and came with nothing but a heavily water damaged box it’s hit or miss and I only go there for electronics so I can’t say anything on the furniture or the clothes
Both Motorolas in the picture worked great and were priced pretty good

My dear friends, allow me to share my delightful experience at Value Village, a veritable treasure trove of hand-me-downs that has truly captured my heart. As I strolled through the aisles, I was pleasantly surprised by the decent collection of clothing available—each piece a story waiting to be told, lovingly passed on from one owner to the next.
The selection is both eclectic and charming, with items that range from the whimsically vintage to the comfortably modern. It is a haven for those of us who appreciate the beauty of a well-loved garment, and I daresay, it is far more than just a shopping experience; it is an opportunity to embrace sustainability in a most fashionable manner.
Now, let us not overlook the remarkable impact that this establishment has on our community. By recycling the items that the affluent so carelessly discard, Value Village breathes new life into what might otherwise be forgotten and wasted. They take these treasures and put them to good use, providing affordable options for those in need while fostering a spirit of generosity and environmental consciousness. It is a beautiful cycle of giving that warms the heart and uplifts the soul.
In conclusion, if you find yourself in search of delightful clothing options while simultaneously supporting a noble cause, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Value Village. You may just find a piece that speaks to you, while also contributing to the greater good of our community. Bravo to them for their commendable efforts and commitment to making a positive difference! 🌼✨
