Some prices are more than you would pay buying the item new, and I can't buy clothing there because there are no changing rooms. Bring back your changing rooms!

Always find a great deal here! I love the 20% off coupons you receive when you donate your use goods

Not a bad place to shop if you look for inexpensive items to buy.

This stores quality has gone down drastically within the last year. It’s poorly stocked, disorganized, there’s no staff and the prices are completely crazy. It’s so bad that I went from shopping there weekly to just walking out nearly every time I visit now. $17 for a used basic men’s shirt is laughable.

The prices are unbelievable. The Costco sweaters selling for a few dollars less than new. $17-20+ for a hoodie!! I frequent thrift stores in a few provinces from Nova Scotia to Alberta and VV has now become a waste of time. The prices just irritate me, Missions is 50-75% less.

GARBAGE!!! Ever since the Waldens bought Value Village it is ****hot garbage**** for prices. $13.50 for a hoody that had cracked paint, chewed strings, ripped eyelets - knocked the price down a whole TWO DOLLARS wwwwwooooowweeeee SUCH VALUE IN THE VILLAGE

I HATE that we can't try anything on, and that we cannot get a refund on returns that dont fit. Greedy company.

Not much selection, maybe because of after school shopping, but racks fairly empty

No changing rooms, if you go home and try it on and it doesn't fit, you can't get a refund, only an instire credit, so you can roll the dice on another article of clothing.By the time you factor in the time and gas money, was the 17 dollar used shirt worth it?I don't think so.

Better than the other two locations in the region.

Absolute worst experience in a thrift store. I just spent $150+, I shop here weekly at least, tonight I spent half of my time in the store being followed by a security guard? Was I acting suspicious? No. I was buying stuff for my house and clothes for my job at a nursing home. I don't expect to be profiled because of tattoos at a thrift store, which is the only thing I can think of. Unless texting your friend to ask if she wants a hoodie is against policy now. I didn't even have a purse or bag. Am I going to fill my tank top and skinny jeans? Alienating a core group of your shoppers will also affect your bottom line.

Excellent shop for those who want to save money, buying used items. There's a great choice of clothes and shoes, kitchen utensils and various tools are also present.

I always find something when I go thrifting, the prices could definitely be better tho! I always enjoy my time spent there. Staff is pretty friendly and it’s kept nicely organized for a thrift store.

Best prices of any value village. But smaller of a store than other value villages though.

You always find nice stuff at pleasant prices. I just wish they would wash the clothes before put them on display.
