“I did the 6-week trial and had a fantastic experience. The conditions of the promotion pushed me to be consistent with working out and helped me build the habit of getting to the gym. The facility was great with workout equipment and bootcamp rooms that were clean, organized, and well taken care of. The same goes for the bathrooms and showers.
The staff are all passionate about what they do and run effective workouts in 35 and 45 minutes. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend this gym.”

I've seen all ranges of people from beginners to advanced athletes training for the olympics. From teenagers to retired people. Many a people training here are also actively serving and first responders. There are showers for after workouts as well. The community has a lot of activities through the year that keeps you engaged.”

“GoodLife is a great gym with quality equipment, friendly staff, and a positive atmosphere. However, one drawback is the timing of the afternoon classes – most are scheduled between 5:30 and 6:30 PM. This can be difficult for those who work and have to commute, especially given the traffic around that time. A bit more flexibility with class times would make it easier for working members to attend regularly. Otherwise, it's a solid gym with a lot to offer!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this gym. From day one, the coaches and members have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. It truly feels like a community. Everyone is respectful and supportive, which makes training here a great experience.
The gym itself is very clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for both classes and open gym. The coaches are motivated, knowledgeable, and genuinely make an effort to ensure everyone’s individual needs are met, regardless of experience level.
The location is also a huge plus. I used to train downtown and the traffic was brutal. Getting here is so much easier and stress-free. On top of that, it’s kid- and dog-friendly, which really adds to the relaxed, inclusive vibe.
If you’re looking for a welcoming, well-run gym with great people and plenty of room to train, this is the place.”
