“It would be nice if staff were updated on the rewards program for those who don't have the phone app. We've had three different experiences: clerk saw immediately on their screen what rewards we had achieved, clerk said they couldn't see the reward on their screen and therefore couldn't fulfil the offer, and the last one told us we needed to have the app on our phone in order to fulfil the offer. The first has to be the right one. The others didn't even check their screen.
We don't download any apps that might possibly link to sensitive or bank/card information because the phone is so public and relatively unsecured compared to our home system. We're considering downloading the Journie app but it's still a tad annoying that we've had three different responses when trying to get our reward in store. Most of the time it's just a chocolate bar, but still.”
“I can not Praise this place enough !! Completely blessed they were there to help us get our vehicle boosted so my daughter did not miss her graduation . Blessed in so many ways and they wouldn't even let us pay or tip them. Any place that jumps to help complete strangers and not even at their shop but came to us are truly honest hard working and genuine. Thank You So Much ❤️❤️❤️”

“Go here regularly for my gas the staff is usually very friendly and will chat with you have heard rumors there are some Renovations on the way not looking forward to any inconvenience but that's all part of it we'll see what it looks like when it's done”

“Too bad they closed down in New Minas. Wonder where they are going? Was in to Kentville to get gas because of Covid you don't get fresh just frozen of Robbins baked goods,disappointed as I wanted to purchase half a dozen apple fritters. Staff very pleasant. Little store and lots to choose from.”

“My only complaint is that the only washroom I noticed had an 'employees only' sign nailed to it; though, there is a TiM Horton's/Wendy's combo location right across the road.”
“It's great to see a business supporting their community and hiring Canadians. I was happy with the customer service from this location. There are lots of hot snacks available from 10-6pm each day.”
“I stopped by most every morning. The staff is always friendly and joyful. I've been going here for many many years. My one complaint is that the owner purposefully uses the highest allowable gas price according to regulation. Every other gas station in the area uses the lowest gas price but he decides to always use the highest. If you're going through and you can make it to the nearest gas station this is a place to skip if you really need gas in a hurry to fill up”

“It's a gas station. Attendant was pleasant, kind and helpful unlike this review. Nothing stood out either way, I only go to this station because I have a work(fleet) card for here. Otherwise it's just a gas station, the staff is what makes one better than the other.”
“Clean, bright, well managed. Is a fairly new build so is in good repair with excellent parking.
Good coffee. Good food. Great Staff!

“Was the best experience we (my family) and I have ever had. Our server Shaun was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He checked all the box’s for what phenomenal service should be plus some. He was funny, informative, fast, patient and a big one for my wife and I spoke to our children with respect, honestly not something most servers really ever do. Also over hearing some of Shaun’s conversations with other guests he obviously tries to be good at his job. He deserves a lot more than a 5 star rating. With over 10 years of customer service experience I really recognize the little things. Continue raising the bar for what good service should be Shaun.”
“I went here to fill up with gas. There is not really much to say. The new systems actually all work. It's really nice to be able to come here and fill up and get a car wash at the same time because everything just works. The old system was buggy and didn't work sometimes and other times there were issues with the card machines but so far, I go here and I haven't had any issues.”

“A very convenient location next to my former employer. It's quite easy to drive in here and get gas when you pay at the pump but it's also easy to be able to go inside and pick up the drinks or snacks do you need. The only complaint that I would say is that sometimes, just sometimes the staff is not nearly as friendly as others. I used to visit this location every day because they were right next door to where I used to work and the staff was always friendly. Sometimes when you win they don't even say hello anymore”

“Amazing selection of poutine! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch poutine (no kidding!), which was over-the-top delicious, very generous serving (plenty for two of us), and artfully prepared. Friendly, helpful staff.”
