“I went to pick up my drugs at the pharmacy. I was so ill that I could not get out to my car to drive myself home. Two employees helped me to the car. One of the employees drove me home in my automobile, while another came with us to drive her back to work. That is kindness and caring!”

“I went to Larry’s this afternoon after the pharmacy across the road (my regular pharmacy) kept telling me there was an error with my new insurance policy and ID numbers. Instead of sending me away like the other pharmacy did, the staff member I was dealing with (didn’t get their name) called Blue Cross on my behalf and got the issue fixed over the phone. Definitely went above and beyond! Needless to say, my partner and I will be switching pharmacies. Thanks for all your help today!”
