It's a decent bank. I have one concern. We made an appointment for someone to open a new account. When we arrived, the appointment happened at the customer service kiosk right beside the teller lineup. Being expected to provide identifying information within earshot of strangers is not reasonable.

Took 1 hour to deposit my money only one employee serving for cash services

This might be the worst branch in the city I stuck like 4 different 20 dollar bills in the atm and every single one rejected, also there was only 1 atm that was able to take deposits, the one that rejected all the money. Outdoor atm doesn’t work either. Miserable bank branch
