“I had a major issue with an international wire transfer foreign exchange rate where I lost over 22,000 CAD. I called the RBC call center 5 times spending over 3 hours of international call without any resolution of the issue. However, I contacted Ms. Elizabeth Joseph from RBC Cole Harbour Branch and asked for assistance. She escalated the issue to her branch manager and kept following up until the amount was returned and deposited into my account. Ms. Joseph has gone way above and beyond regular customer service, she was patient and assuring throughout this ordeal; she is a life saver. My sincere gratitude to Ms. Joseph and her branch manager for helping me resolve this issue.”
