This branch keeps letting me down in new ways, and the staff are rude. I completely regret transferring to this branch.

The tellers were nice but I felt very uncomfortable in here, I was turned away with misleading hours of what they can do at certain times of day, and it took very long just to do something basic mostly due to their system I believe. I would feel better going elsewhere.

They say they are open on Saturday but they are not really. No teller so you can’t do proper banking. Very disappointing!

The fact that in the year of our Lord 2024, I have to leave work early to actually speak to a teller in-person is absolutely astounding. The most frustrating and least customer friendly set of hours I've ever seen with tellers closing at 3:00 every day and zero weekend availability.
That's absolutely unacceptable. Would love to read whatever half-baked SLAs they abide by; gives new meaning to the term "bankers hours".

Way too poor service . I have been waiting for my card from last 2 months. I called Scotia customer service they directed me each time when this branch received my card , I visited this branch for my card .every-time they said we don’t have your card . Specifically the guy with short blonde hair , he was very unprofessional . Ended up calling again and again to customer service . At last after two months today I went there and the lady at the front desk opened and discarded 5 cards in front of me and give me a very silly excuse. Can’t you check DOB email id previous and current address when you receive documents for someone. This branch employees need some training.

Brittany helped both my friend and I with different issues that other Scotia banks and customer service weren’t able to solve. She took the extra time we needed and was very polite the entire time. Great customer service, and work ethic! We thank her so much! :)
