“I bought a new washer and dryer from them. The dryer had some unresolved issues. They happily replaced that dryer with another new one of slightly higher value. Delivery was prompt an professional, took away the old ones so I did not have to worry about disposal. I am happy if they can recycle parts rather than going to the dump (which would have been my option). All in all a good experience. Clothes are drying as we speak!”
