The staff at this location are consistently described as extremely helpful, kind, very friendly, patient, and pleasant. They go above and beyond to make the experience extra special and magic, assisting throughout the entire process without being pushy. The store itself is clean and laid out in an easy to follow way. Families and children have a great, one of a kind experience, leaving with huge smiles and wonderful memories. Many find it worth every penny to watch their children enjoy the hands-on fun. The store offers a good selection of bears and accessories, and the heart ceremony is noted as the cutest part of the visit.

Family of 4, we all walked out with bears we were happy with. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the experience, the store was clean and laid out in an easy to follow way to assemble your bear.

Such wonderful memories for the kids. We've been here 4-5 times now, and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make it extra special for my children, and I really appreciate that.
