“Visited this location tonight to complete my “Bring it Back”. My mindset going in was hoping this process would go smoother than it had in the past. For unknown reasons I have always had issues with returning a phone, getting a new phone, because of the required to call into Telus customer service. I was anxious walking into the store and even explaining the situation to the sales representative as I needed to remove myself from a shared account and create my own or be added to my partners account.
Scott Musgraves, was absolutely excellent to work with. He walked me through all my options and the explained the outcomes. He disclosed all fees associated with each. He was very easy to talk to and really knowledgeable. I felt confident that I would be taken care of through the entire transaction. For the first time ever, getting a phone was a smooth and painless experience. I left the store very happy and satisfied.”
