“We received outstanding services to upgrade our IPhone from Matt at Telus store at MicMac Mall shopping centre. Matt, once again, offered us ( my wife and I) his expertise and exceptional knowledge in this business. He explained to us all services and features available on our new phones. His explanations were clear and communicated in a professional language that was easy for us to understand. He gave us constant assistance during the whole process. He made this experience extremely positive for us. We received the same level of professionalism and dedication 2 years ago from Matt, this is why we decided to come back to this store and remain customers with Telus. We also managed to bring our son and daughter to receive the same level of professional service from Matt. Thank again Matt for your outstanding professionalism and remarkable customer service skills. We will continue to do business with Telus because of you. Donald and Patricia Monty Dartmouth, NS”

“Excellent service. Was in twice due to a mistake beyond their control. Had employee Vivianna both times, once without an appointment. She was awesome both times and very informative. She did not make me feel rushed at all. Thanks for your service and I will remain a Telus/Koodo supporter as a result.”

“Today we were assisted by Jugal with quite a few different transactions. He was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The quality of service he provided was outstanding. Frankly, it was the best experience I've had with Telus and we are long time customers! Thank you again, Jugal!”
