“Customer service was great, sadly the issue could not be resolved but the employee was nice enough to stay past closing, when they did not need to, to help resolve the issue.The real issue was with Rogers not unlocking the phone I bought from them outright. I thought selling locked phones, and not unlocking them was banned since 2017”

“I got my first Nokia cell phone in 1989. After being in many mobile stores over a 35 year period, I've never encountered staff like Virgin Plus has at Mic Mac Mall in Dartmouth, NS. This team is amazing! The experience I had will never be forgotten and will be shared with my friends. Hilary got me up and running on a new plan and new phone in about 20 minutes. After that I had to return to the store twice to get the balance of my locked contacts imported to my new phone which was not an easy task, however Blair was able to figure it out. He truly went above and beyond in order to retreive my contacts successfully! Back once more for a password recovery and Derrick was able to figure that out in no time. Thank a million Team Virgin Plus at Mic Mac!”
