“Great greeting at the door by the guy .Always nice to be acknowledged.Looking at sneakers this evening but they didn't have the ones I was hoping for.I went to look at the other shelf and there were 2 pairs left.Tried them on and one of the employees came down and says Trying them on are ya?? She proceeds to walk away with a unnecessary chuckle.That would be why I'm here to try them on.Not very professional.Do better!”

I usually struggle so much to find jeans that fit my body type properly, but she picked out a few styles for me to try and I ended up loving all of them. She was super friendly, helpful, and honestly made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable and comfortable.
The staff crew here are all awesome, the clothes are good quality, and there was even a sale going on when I visited which made it even better 😄 10/10 experience overall. Definitely will be coming back to shop here again!”

“Never thought a store could change this much! A few months ago, I had the worst experience at bluenotes. The staff were rude, and not a single person helped me or my husband. I swore I'd never return. But yesterday, I saw an 80% off sale and decided to give it another shot. The staff were completely different, and the customer service was incredible. The young Indian boy, who seemed to be the manager, was so polite and went above and beyond to help assist me. It was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a clothing store. I'll definitely be back !”
