“This review and rating are largely due to one outstanding sales associate. I had an issue with some gift cards that I had been unable to resolve through any other means, and thankfully I decided to visit the store.
Mike was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The situation was undoubtedly frustrating and time-consuming, and he could have easily turned me away, as I honestly expected, but he didn't. Instead, he took the time to help me resolve the issue, despite how long it took.
His willingness to help truly made our day. Once everything was sorted out, we were able to fully enjoy the rest of the store. The outlet had lots of great clothing options, especially for children. The store was clean, bright, and well-organized, and the other staff members were also friendly, helpful, and kind.
This was some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. We look forward to visiting again. THANK YOU!!”

“I’ve been buying my clothing from Mark’s for years and the quality has always been solid. Their workwear, winter jackets, and everyday basics hold up well,especially in rough weather.
Staff are usually helpful without being pushy, and the store stays organized. Prices aren’t the cheapest, but you’re paying for durability and comfort.

Store is a little pricey, but the product is worth it. I'm not always able to get the exact fit in Levi's jeans elsewhere and the comfy stonewashed T's are unique!

“Lots of selections on clothes and men's women's apparel. More on the expensive but then again you pay for what you get. Lots of clearance sales on when I was there. Thought $50 for a hat was high but then I thought if I wear that hat every day for a year or so I think it's pretty sensible!”

“Today I came in from Halifax in my travel clothes, a.k.a. jogging pants and hoodie lol Sharon did not have a twinkle of judgement in her eyes. She was wonderful. I was able to get a new dress for the day two new tops and a beautiful pair of pants. She also let me pay for it and then where it on my way.!!!
