    Customer service was great, sadly the issue could not be resolved but the employee was nice enough to stay past closing, when they did not need to, to help resolve the issue.The real issue was with Rogers not unlocking the phone I bought from them outright. I thought selling locked phones, and not unlocking them was banned... read full comment
