“I guess I'll be the first to leave a rating above 1 star; recently had Canpar handling a package I ordered. The tracking was accurate and on time up until the delivery. I never received the package, nor did I receive any notice or indication of an attempted delivery. I had to check the tracking which showed 'Cosignee Not Home' and a status of 'In Transit'. So I called Canpar a few minutes after they opened the following day and spoke with someone almost immediately. They gave my phone number to the driver and had the delivery reattempted right away. I got my package very quickly, and the driver called on arrival and was incredibly helpful. Overall, wonderful customer service but it was frustrating to have to chase down my package considering I've never had to with any other company.”
“They called me when they noticed there was an issue with the delivery address and I was able to make alternate arrangements to pick the package up. Very nice people, good service!”
“I don't want to jinx myself but I've had no issue with this delivery service in the whole 6 times I've had to use them now one order was put on wrong truck and I had to drive 20 mins to pick it up but that's it 4 stars from me wish there trackimg system was better”
