“I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander ES (White Diamond) in October 2021 and had a great experience at Sydney Mitsubishi! Brendon, Mike, Faith and all the parts staff were wonderful to deal with. Everything was personable and at no time did I feel pressure to buy. The whole procedure was thorough and quick. Coming from Antigonish I was driving home with my new vehicle within a couple hours which was great. The team got me exactly what I needed, and I got to take advantage of 3 rebates that were available which saved me 1,500. I was able to order the accessories I was looking for right from the parts department and travelled down in November to pick them up. Brendon followed up within a couple weeks to see how I was getting along with my vehicle. This was my first brand new vehicle and 4WD/AWD and I absolutely love it. I can’t say enough about what a safe and reliable SUV the outlander is. I wanted to be able to get back and forth to work in any weather and this SUV does the job with ease. I can’t praise this vehicle enough. The only complaint I have is the front hood shakes quite a bit when driving, however when I brought it up to the service department my mind was instantly put at ease when they said it was a known issue and a recall was put out of it. The metal is just thin. They booked me an appt to get it fixed right away. I highly recommend the Mitsubishi Outlander and buying from Sydney Mitsubishi!!”

“Got a front caliber done on my drivers side along with a brake inspection by Sydney Mazda. A week later my brake light turned on so I immediately took my vehicle in the next morning driving for my life thanks to my emergency brake! Turns out my brake fluid was gushing out the front where my caliber was done but they still fixed it for me & I won’t find out until next week if I’m paying for the service or what because the power was out at their location so they couldn’t do any paperwork. Very odd situation and I’m hoping it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg because it’s Christmas weekend.”
“I had to have my vehicle inspected and oil changed. The owner was there and was polite and despite he was soo busy and every lift had cars n trucks on it he was honest promised 2 hours and I was done quickly within 1.5 hours. They even said to come back after 90 miles so they will check and ensure the torque was rechecked on my wheel nuts free... just to be safe. I did return 3 days later and he was good to his word sent a mechanic outside checked them all . I was gone in 15 minutes so I recommend Speedy Auto Service to my friends.”

“Today I had an appointment for some transmission work. I drove up and it was super sketchy, and there were cars parked everywhere so I thought this might be the place of my car's grave as cars laid to rest while parts were on order.I went in thinking I might need a new transmission, but a guy on his lunch break lifted up the hood and confirmed that my transmission cable was over tightened and needed to be loosened. they actually fixed my issue before my taxi arrived as I expected to leave my car for probably a couple of weeks.They were so nice, and changed me like 46 bucks. I honesty felt like I won the lottery leaving there. Yes there was luck on my part, however they were so nice and accommodating. don't get spooked by the location and the shop aesthetics :) it was worth the visit for me!”
