“I took my Car to Keizers in Bayers Lake after an car accident. The staff on the desk were very help full and the appraiser took my Car to see what the parts that would be needed for repairs. They gave me a date to bring my Car in and told me that they would book be a rental for me and gave be date that the Car would be ready. They texted me every day to give me an update and then a text that my Car was ready for pick up a week early. I could not believe the Car when first seen it, it looked like a brand new Car inside and out. Ant the repair was perfect .I strongly recommend Kaisers complete staff for their great job on my car.”
“Excellent work and great customer service, very professional!!!! Saved the hood on my 300 after a 'Preferred' shop almost ruined after painting, repainting, and painting again, all just to fix a rock chip!! It was so bad the the insurance company gave me a blank cheque to take wherever I wanted and Overall thought they may need to replace the hood - but managed to save it!! That was 7 years ago and still looks great!!! They also repaired and painted rust holes above the windshield on my Power Wagon 3 years ago, and also looks good. Now my 300 is going back to them for repairs to where the car was hit by a shopping cart! Can't recommend them highly enough!!! I will continue to use them for all body / paint work I need on my vehicles. Bonus, the little dog is cute and friendly!”

“Update: I went again to them and they fixed my alignment.and they give me discount for the service. They were sorry for the last time.?Went there for a noise coming from my rear. They aren't able to find the sound. The mechanic who went for test drive he didn't put his seat belt. When i was driving, the seat belt warning was going on, and for that he wasn't able to hear the sound.”

Anytime I’ve dealt with Darrell & the Maaco team, I have had an excellent experience.
They are friendly, patient, professional, honest, very informative and they do beautiful work. They try to be upfront about price and time and stick to it as best they can.
More than once, Darell gave me free advice on dealing with insurance companies and how to advocate for yourself.
I can assure you that they are not out to spend all your money or even nickel and dime you. They are trustworthy people who are not looking to take advantage of people with less knowledge of cars.
Sometimes, they even will take on a few little extra things for you that weren’t planned, throw in a little extra paint for free & you may even get a free surprise cleaning too which is nice. You will be impressed with these guys and if you’re not, Darrell is pretty reasonable to talk to. I recommend taking your car here for a quote before choosing other body shops.”

“I got my 2023 F150 undercoated here for the first time. Usually I do all of my own undercoating at home in my shop since I have a hoist and most undercoating places do not do a thorough job. Checking the job afterwards they did miss quite a few places underneath, but I knew what I was getting going to a larger Krown shop. I gave four stars because overall it was a bit better than expected and much better than the previous truck I owned that I got sprayed at a rust check location.
Overall I would recommend them, it’s better than nothing if you’re not able to do it yourself!”

I ended up getting the cheapest option (paintless dent repair) and I am glad I did because it looks almost brand new - I can't tell there was ever a dent there. “Basma was our salesperson and she was amazing from going in to look at a 2025 Outback three weeks ago, to today when she texted to make sure things were going well with the car. Very attentive, dedicated and always willing to help us out no matter what.
My wife and I wanted a Subaru, but Basma and our Financal Service Manager, Mike, really made us feel like we made the right decision. From showing us all our options to making sure we were staying in our budget and even helping us save money where we could.

“Great local place. Super friendly service. Good mechanics. Need to up their communication and scheduling. Halifax is now turning into a major city for Atlantic Canada and small local service organizations like these need to up the game to stay competitive. Often you need to follow up multiple times on quotes, time is lost as they internally try to figure out who is handling the quote etc. I will still take my vehicles to them, but if they improve a few things, they will get a 5+ star!”

“Top Bike Shop In Nova Scotia. Hands down. That is a 2005 BMW 650GS. It cost me 2500 to buy, and the mechanic at HFX Motorsports tuned it like it was brand new. No shit. He did a valve job and tightened up the entire bike...tires, brakes, fork seals. It's functionally a brand new bike. Professionalism and raw talent is what comes to mind. Oh, let's not forget the parts manager...who successfully found BWM valve shims locally so I could get back on the road. Best shop I have ever walked into. Absolute professionals. Thanks a heap!”
