The American Eagle Store provides amazing and great customer service. The staff is seriously amazing, super friendly, helpful, professional, and chill. Associates are wonderful and incredible, offering very helpful service to find perfect fits and assist with exchanges or online orders. The store has a great vibe and is appreciated for its kindness. Customers love the store and plan to return.
So today I was there at the store and the associate named Sybah, did an incredible job! The way she helped me to get the perfect fit is something I highly admire. She is an amazing person!!

This store has great customer service. I am a senior who ordered jeans online. I had to exchange for a different size. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size I wanted in stock.
