βI took my Car to Keizers in Bayers Lake after an car accident. The staff on the desk were very help full and the appraiser took my Car to see what the parts that would be needed for repairs. They gave me a date to bring my Car in and told me that they would book be a rental for me and gave be date that the Car would be ready. They texted me every day to give me an update and then a text that my Car was ready for pick up a week early. I could not believe the Car when first seen it, it looked like a brand new Car inside and out. Ant the repair was perfect .I strongly recommend Kaisers complete staff for their great job on my car.β

βI blew a tire on the shabby road repairs on the Bedford Highway. I brought my car in expecting the worst, $200-$300. The crew hammered out the rim, filled the tire, and put the spare back in place for a grand total of $0.00. I was in shock, I have gone to Scotia Tire on Robie numerous times and they are always helpful but this was completely unexpected. Thank you so much. :)β

Anytime Iβve dealt with Darrell & the Maaco team, I have had an excellent experience.
They are friendly, patient, professional, honest, very informative and they do beautiful work. They try to be upfront about price and time and stick to it as best they can.
More than once, Darell gave me free advice on dealing with insurance companies and how to advocate for yourself.
I can assure you that they are not out to spend all your money or even nickel and dime you. They are trustworthy people who are not looking to take advantage of people with less knowledge of cars.
Sometimes, they even will take on a few little extra things for you that werenβt planned, throw in a little extra paint for free & you may even get a free surprise cleaning too which is nice. You will be impressed with these guys and if youβre not, Darrell is pretty reasonable to talk to. I recommend taking your car here for a quote before choosing other body shops.β

βNever expected to be writing a review about great service after waiting over three months to have my car repaired, but here we are. The delay was primarily due to parts availability and the dealer, but the service I received from Jennifer Scully helped ease my frustrations.
Firstly, their email service is extremely helpful. I always knew the status of my vehicle, and the notes Jennifer added often included additional detail to keep me informed. This saved me from having to keep track and make calls, as the updates came regularly and often.
When I did call with questions Jennifer was always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was dealt with in one call, and I was always made to feel as if my business mattered. She obviously takes pride in her work and is very customer focused. She is a great ambassador for the business. Pick up was seamless, as she arranged for me to come in early to fit my schedule and my car was super clean and parked right out front.
I sincerely hope I never have to deal with Chapmanβs again (nothing personal just not looking to get in another accident) but Jennifer made the repair process much easier to navigate and did it all with a smile on her face.β
βI got my 2023 F150 undercoated here for the first time. Usually I do all of my own undercoating at home in my shop since I have a hoist and most undercoating places do not do a thorough job. Checking the job afterwards they did miss quite a few places underneath, but I knew what I was getting going to a larger Krown shop. I gave four stars because overall it was a bit better than expected and much better than the previous truck I owned that I got sprayed at a rust check location.
Overall I would recommend them, itβs better than nothing if youβre not able to do it yourself!β

βmy 2011 Acura TSX developed a charging problem where an unknown something? was shorting out and draining the battery, requiring constant jump starts. Notorious for being hard to track down. These guys have been around for years, decades actually and have always had a reputation for being good with electrical problems but they've moved several times and I finally found them in their new location in Spryfield. They kept the car for two days but kept me updated on progress and finally found the short in the audio system of all things and were able to run a bypass so it's disconnected from the battery while the car is off so no more drain. for all that work they charged me less than $500 for that part of the job so I'm more than satisfied. Easy to deal with and highly recommended!β
βThey were recommended to me by a friend. I'd had a click while steering and a wobble at highway speeds for quite a while which other shops couldn't seem to fix. MacLeods diagnosed and repaired it for a fair price within a day. It was faster to get in than my old shop too. I only have this experience but so far so good :)β
