“I brought my Mazda cx 5 for brakes and rotor replacement and thought that I need to replace front and rear. Guys took my car and told me that rear brakes are still good for another year and just replaced front. There was a weird noice due some issue in the rear rotors, but they just cleaned up and fixed. Also they found nail in my tire, and repaired accordingly. I also work at the night and ask if can pick up my car by 4 pm, and they called me at 3:30 and everything was ready to go. And price for labour and parts was reasonable too. I want to comeback to this auto service cuz of their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend”

Anytime I’ve dealt with Darrell & the Maaco team, I have had an excellent experience.
They are friendly, patient, professional, honest, very informative and they do beautiful work. They try to be upfront about price and time and stick to it as best they can.
More than once, Darell gave me free advice on dealing with insurance companies and how to advocate for yourself.
I can assure you that they are not out to spend all your money or even nickel and dime you. They are trustworthy people who are not looking to take advantage of people with less knowledge of cars.
Sometimes, they even will take on a few little extra things for you that weren’t planned, throw in a little extra paint for free & you may even get a free surprise cleaning too which is nice. You will be impressed with these guys and if you’re not, Darrell is pretty reasonable to talk to. I recommend taking your car here for a quote before choosing other body shops.”

“I was driving from Portuguese Cove when I started hearing a loud commotion of hissing sounds, not from hoses, but from an animal! The sounds were coming from the engine compartment right in front of the driver's side.
I wanted to pull over, but thought there's no way I'm opening the hood! Lol! The first auto place I saw was Rand Auto. I went in and said, I'll give you $20 if you look under my hood. The fellow said no need for the $20. He lifted the hood and we could both smell wild animal odor.
The fellow (sorry I didn't ask his name) did a thorough search and assured me that what ever it was it must have jumped ship when I stopped. He noticed my engine sounded a little noisy, so he offered to check the oil and he topped it up for me. Again, he refused to take any payment.
I so appreciated his kindness and extra care in searching for the critter, re-assuring me, and making sure I had enough oil. Thank you good Samaritan at Rand Auto!”
