Then I received text message to update me on the progress of the work they were doing along with things that may need to be done in future and then sent pictures of my parts they replaced and the new ones they put on . “I drove across town to have PSH fix an issue with my door that had lasted over 2 months. I called them, explained the issue and had a part ordered. It arrived the next day, in the middle of a blizzard. The service only took one hour, very efficient. Kudos to Jonathan Butt for giving a masterclass on genuine and amazing customer service. Thank you, Scheduling, Service and Part Teams for making my experience so positive, seamless and pleasant. I had dealt with Colonial in the past but that is thankfully no more. They left a bunch of scars and horror stories behind.”

“I had them put a transmission in 2003 GMC they did a better job than the dealer they put the one in before I had Bemister motors did for me the transmission w I worked perfectly and I had and used the truck for 10 years before I sold the truck and it was still working perfect. The cost of the job was three times cheaper than the dealer and I told them I needed a vehicle to drive while mine was down and they did that for me it was finished in 2 days they did a great job and and used me good I would recommend them in the highest way Thank you Mr Bemister.”

The summer tire was repaired quickly and efficiently by Rob and his crew, with a level of service I seldom experience. I was extremely impressed when that same professionalism was shown again with the repair to the winter tire. Such friendly, competent and professional service on a consistent basis is very much appreciated.”

“Very nice guys, very friendly. I needed to get my car towed in, but there was an accident on the bridge so I came an hour late. But they were accommodating. The car needed a lot of work done, but the basic ls to get it running. They didn't try to oversell the damage. They were very straightforward about exactly what needed to be done, no extra frills. Still would have cost me more to fix then just buy a new car. Their prices were not too overly inflated like some of these major chain auto shops. They seemed fairly well priced compared to the rest of the market. It's expensive to fix anything now a days. Definitely one of my goto places for repairs. Appointment wise, I got an appointment a week in advance. While others you are waiting for a couple of weeks.”

“The staff at Wilsons are awesome. I had a noise in my car that sounded like metal grinding. I was concerned about driving my car too far. The mechanic worked on my ca for an hour, drove it, took the tires off, searching for the noise I heard. He finally found it. A heat shield had come loose on my Kia Sportage. I happened to notice another customer there with the same issue. He also drove a Kia. I was so very grateful to know my vehicle is safe to drive. Thank you for the great customer service, I always receive when I come to the station.”
“Took our 2015 E450 in for an MVI, all 3 existing issues we were aware of they identified, nothing more nothing less. Both left and right exhaust manifolds, draglink and seized emergency brake cable and lever.Replacing the manifolds can be a nightmare as the studs usually break during removal and our vehicle was just that.The general manager (Wayne) contacted me directly to give an update on the stubborn manifold, labour was high and he expressed his willingness to work with us (you won’t get that at the dealership).What BTC wasn’t aware of, was my company was also shopping around to find “Our Go To” for all future repairs and service.A few prerequisites to be “Our GoTo”….1) Honesty, Honesty, Honesty2) Communication3) Quality work4) AffordabilityNobody is a fan of being “Fleeced”, and in a world where this unfortunately happens often it’s a relief to find a place with folks that really care about the service they provide, their customers and operate in a honest manner. Wayne was fantastic and fair to deal with and I can safely say we found “Our Go To”.Bravo BTC! Hopefully we see you later than sooner though ?.Services: Steering & suspension repair”
