    Serena is amazing! Great customer service, wonderful with my toddler trying on high heels! Also helped us start the warranty process for my wife’s Blundstones. If you need blundstones, buy them here from Serena

    We visited the store saturday eve and Celina (sp?) Was helping us. She was working alone and was very busy, but smiling and friendly the entire time. Great experience- bought 2 pairs of boots! ?She deserves a raise ?
