The female associated (didn’t get her name), was very supportive and listened to my needs. She brought me 3 choices for some variety and helped me select the best of the 3 for myself. Additionally, she provided advice on some prevention and healing tips for at home. Overall, I was very impressed with her level of knowledge and how straight forward the process was. I am not a runner but was made to feel welcome, and left with a great pair of shoes!”

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a team of enchanting souls, led by the magnificent Kate, their manager. Though the specific pair I sought was not to be found on the shelves, they did not falter! No, my dears, they soared above and beyond, diligently placing an order from the great expanse of the online realm.

And lo and behold, the moment my coveted boots arrived, I received a call that felt as joyous as a fanfare announcing a royal arrival! It was a truly remarkable experience, woven with care and attention that only the finest establishments possess.

These Blundstones, crafted with an artistry that marries comfort and style, have become my steadfast companions, carrying me through adventures with grace and flair. “I had such a wonderful experience at ALDO today thanks to Erin. I called the store looking for a specific pair of shoes for my wedding in my usual size 7. Erin was incredibly kind over the phone and let me know they were unfortunately sold out in my size across the entire country. She did mention they had a 6.5 in store and generously offered to hold them for me until closing, or even until the next morning if I couldn't make it in that day.

When I arrived about an hour later, Erin immediately remembered who I was and greeted me so warmly. She let me walk around the store wearing the shoes to see how they felt and even found the same style in a different colour in my usual size so I could compare the fit. She asked thoughtful questions to help me decide whether it was worth buying the slightly too-small pair or waiting in the hope that ALDO releases the same style or something similar before my August 2027 wedding.

In the end, I decided not to purchase the 6.5 because I was worried they'd be too small. Erin was incredibly understanding and genuinely listened as I explained why finding the perfect wedding shoes is so important to me. As a fellow shoe lover, she completely understood my excitement and even offered to call me if someone happened to return the shoes in my size. She also took the time to explain ALDO's return policy in case I decided to buy them and changed my mind later.

The level of care, patience, and genuine kindness Erin showed made me feel like more than just another customer. It meant so much to have someone take my search seriously, especially because, if I'm honest, I care even more about finding the perfect wedding shoes than I do about finding the perfect wedding dress! It was a wonderful experience and appreciate Erin for making what could have been a disappointing shopping trip and instead a positive experience!”

“Lots of selections on clothes and men's women's apparel. More on the expensive but then again you pay for what you get. Lots of clearance sales on when I was there. Thought $50 for a hat was high but then I thought if I wear that hat every day for a year or so I think it's pretty sensible!”

“I HATE buying shoes. I’m a size 11 and it’s very hard to find a store that can order that size, let alone lone stock them. But Call it Spring does. I was looking for a pair of short black dressy boots and a pair of brown semi-dressy loafers. Jacquelyn was fabulous; she brought out pair after pair of both types of footwear and was very patient with me, until she finally helped me find a pair that looked nice and fit me. Surprised that I could actually find 2 pairs of footwear at the same store. ?”
