Mortgage broker was extremely unprofessional. Took days to respond to correspondence and stopped replying altogether shortly after, leaving our business unfinished. For this and some other shady reasons, I would not recommend this bank to anyone under any circumstances

Was in the process of increasing my line of credit, sent all information required to the person I was dealing with. Haven’t had a single point of contact since - despite reaching out with follow up emails/multiple unanswered calls to the branch and a voicemail left to speak with a manager. It has been 3 weeks.
