    I am trying to reach out to get some details, no one is available to help. I am trying to reach out to the bank to get the details on my bank account. No direct phone number to reach any customer care service and no email. It is not user friendly bank and no clear instruction in the automated call system

    During snowy weather there is no notice or automated message when you call branch to know if they will have delayed start or closed for the day. I understand safety of employees important, but you must provide some form of notice whether you gonna open today or not.

    Dont open account in BMO bank because i just open 20 days ago i have to visit in branch 2-3 time in a week for login my account in phone but its still not working all management of BMO is saying that do call in bmo but when I called they send to visit the branch every time its a horrible experience
