Chapters is a great and very beautiful store with fabulous gift ideas. It is one of the best places to get all the books you would need. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, super kind, and helpful with great energy, remaining personable, pleasant and efficient even when crazy busy. They allow plenty of time for browsing and offer helpful staff picks. The coffee is amazing. They provide excellent service, helping to find obscure or signed copies and offering discounts on imperfect items. Long may they thrive.
