The whole staff is great at Charm, Halifax Shopping Center. However, I have been dealing with Carol-Anne in particular for many different types of services and I have always been satisfied with all of the outcomes. She's trustworthy, competent, honest, resourceful and friendly. Thank you!

Went there to adjust my watch that I bought from Charms at Mic Mac Mall( customer service was awful, never going back there). On Halifax site, I was greeted by very sweet lady, Nawsin. She was very gentle and professional with us. Wonderful customer service.
