“I hope this review finds a parent with a neurodivergent kid looking for a safe, low stim and highly professional environment to get a piercing. Brandon - I want to first acknowledge Brandon's incredibly professional, warm and patient demeanor. I called the studio because I wanted to book an appointment for my daughter on her 8th birthday (which was only the next day) and he kindly accomodated us outside of the usual youth piercing day. He carefully went through the policies, prices and client-centered approach over the phone. Upon arrival, Brandon was gentle, caring, attentive and curious with my daughter. He asked and answered all of her questions with a bright tone (she had a lot of them!). My daughter has Tourette's Syndrome and when she is in a highly stressful or anxious situation her motor tics increase in severity. What I imagine is usually a 30 minute appointment, ended up being 60 minutes. Brandon took the extra time to ensure that she was comfortable while maintaining professionalism at the highest level. Brandon - that was a masterclass in piercing neurodivergent children. Thank you for everything! The studio was quiet and private, but inviting. The jewelery display case had a selection of high quality and beautiful items. I will be back to get myself something soon! -Emma and Violet”

First, Mariya was very thorough and helpful when explaining the Protection Policy Plan to me. Although I did not purchase the plan at the time she explained it to me, I later returned to purchase it. I was surprised to learn that Mariya would not receive credit for the sale, as her detailed explanation was what helped me understand the value of the plan and ultimately decide to purchase it. I absolutely feel that she deserves credit for this purchase and wanted to make sure that her efforts were recognized. I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Trishti, who provided excellent and professional customer service. My girlfriend and I (both women) were looking for engagement rings and they were the first people to assume we were together (and we went to quite a few places beforehand). As a queer couple that was soooo comforting. Heather and everyone else who helped us out were amazing. The rings also came in super quickly. We haven’t had them long so can’t really speak to longevity but they are gorgeous and we are so in love with them!”
