It is always a pleasure shopping at FBB! Ivy and staff are wonderful and I have always been treated with such kindness. Not to mention, quality products for babies and children with a few extras for parents. This and the personal touch that only a small business can provide, are the reasons that keep me coming back! Customer service is slow to respond even when no one else is in the store. Also not offered any assistance with anything. Nice stuff in there though. You have to know what you are looking for.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.As described in some of the other reviews, this store has horrible customer service and absolutely no respect for customers. I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy something for children to support another store - one who appreciates their customers.My wife and 14 month old were shopping at the Bayers Lake location and purchased a pair of shoes and boots. When my wife was speaking to the salesperson, my toddler picked up a stuffed animal which was being displayed on a shelf at floor level and started to play with it. When they got to the cash, the salesperson was rude and forced my wife to buy this expensive stuffy and made it clear that it would be non-refundable. She claimed my toddler touched the stuffy with her mouth when my wife did not notice. The stuffy was not damaged, dirty or wet and had no signs whatsoever of being used in any way. My wife is a hard working mother who is exhausted and had no energy to argue. I expect much more from a children's store. If they don't want children picking up items, they should not display them in areas so low to the ground and accessible to a child.

Went in for another visit today for Christmas photos with Ming! What a great experience. From the photoshoot to the customer service after our photos while we were shopping, we love this location so much!! Will continue to come back for all our boujee baby needs.

Wish Id discovered this place when I was pregnant. Literally everything you could need here for pregnancy, infant, toddler and some older kids, gently used or still new, fraction of the cost, alk organized for you.

The staff at this store is belittling and rude. I was given a gift, that was something I already have, and I was not able to exchange it because it had been more than 14 days since my friend had purchased it. I understand having an exchange policy but to make no exceptions under any circumstances does not make sense. My friend bought the gift early because she was at the store shopping but then my baby was born 16 days overdue and then was in the NICU for a week. I didn’t even receive the gift until 2 days ago because we were trying to avoid seeing people and risking our baby getting sick and ending up in the hospital again. I would strongly recommend if you are buying a gift for someone to look elsewhere, especially if you are someone who doesn’t like to buy things at the last minute. I had liked shopping with them because I try to support local businesses as much as possible but I will not be returning. When you have a young baby (especially one that has been hospitalized) the last thing you have time for is calling a store multiple times to try to speak with someone who will allow you yo make a simple exchange. As a store whose main focus is dealing with parents and young children you would think they would be more understanding that sometimes things come up that are out of our control.
