“Edit: they did end up giving us a discount which we used to give another go at printing. They were back up to their initial great service, just needed a little more time this go around to get printing just right.Unfortunately, this was my second time using total print house. The first time was phenomenal with amazing quality, great service, and a great price.The second time has been a series of frustrating oversights making it take about a month to get my whole order, which on final pickup, we still didn’t receive the full quantity of prints that we paid for.The first issue was with invoicing, in which the numbers were changed in quantity, but the price was kept the same, so we were shorted on our prints.When they finally fixed it, the quality of print had dropped significantly with the ink penetration of the paper being sporadic and dry, leaving lots of blank white space on the paper.It then took another week and a half to get them reprinted, then forgetting the order, which can happen sometimes I get it, but then after this happening over the month since I initially placed the order, on final pickup the quality was great, but they had only printed the original reduced quantity 2 of the quoted 16. All of this with no real apology offer of discount or refund. It’s been exhausting, and I unfortunately don’t have the energy to continue this back and forth, I will not be a returning customer.”
