“I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service we received from KKP Halifax.
We had a time-sensitive shipment coming from a courier that unfortunately ran into delays and missed its delivery window. After a frustrating weekend of trying every possible workaround, we were running out of options to get the materials to our client in time for their trade show.
That’s when Daniel and his team at KKP truly stepped up.
One of their staff members, Theron, personally drove from Halifax to Lunenburg to pick up the delayed parcel himself — and then drove it straight back to Halifax so our client could receive it on time. Absolutely above and beyond. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
