“Above & Beyond Quality and Service! The UPS on Robie st is the best shipping company I've dealt with as a sculptor with international clients. Having super delicate, fragile and irregular sized monuments, the professional shipping and packing team created a custom box for my large scaled sculpture, delivering on the spot service while being super friendly and understanding that they stayed after closing to make sure everything was ready to go the next day.
I met the owner and he was very welcoming and cut me a sweet deal while the store location on Queen st said they don't have a box big enough and that they can't create a new box big enough for my sculpture. I'm always shipping with UPS on Robie st!”

“I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service we received from KKP Halifax.
We had a time-sensitive shipment coming from a courier that unfortunately ran into delays and missed its delivery window. After a frustrating weekend of trying every possible workaround, we were running out of options to get the materials to our client in time for their trade show.
That’s when Daniel and his team at KKP truly stepped up.
One of their staff members, Theron, personally drove from Halifax to Lunenburg to pick up the delayed parcel himself — and then drove it straight back to Halifax so our client could receive it on time. Absolutely above and beyond. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
