Really poor customer service. I love Michael Kors, but I'll never go to the Halifax shop again. I'll just order online.

Uneducated staff, they cannot authenticate a bag if you bring it in.Be a great chance to buy a knock off, buy an authentic bag from them and return the fake one, they wouldn't know the difference..score!!!

First time in my life a store told me that they are full.. went there to shorten a watch.. they we can’t do it beacuse I bought it online…awful experience.. will never buy from michael kors again.. my friends family will not let them buy anything from MK again.. specially halifax
