Pet Valu is a friendly, neighbourhood store providing pets with everything they need to be healthy, happy, and active. It offers a great selection of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories, including special premium food brands and different products than other locations. The store has specially trained Animal Care Experts who are professionals and know a lot about pet nutrition, making it like a free vet consultation. Staff are loved, and there is a loveable store cat. Customers report lots of great finds, from toys to useful items like non-clumping cat litter during an ice storm. While generally offering the best overall experience, some note that workers can be stuck at the register, unable to show items kept outback. The store is definitely recommended.

    Excellent service always. Great selection, super friendly & knowledgeable. Owner very invested towards excellence, & highly knowledgeable & energetic. Carries Canadian products! Highly recommend!!

    Out of all the pet valu's this one is my fav. I love the staff and the store cat is so loveable. I honestly specifically make the trip to this location to visit the in store cat Allie.
