While I do find the prices a bit high at this store as compared to our other local pet stores, they do offer some items I can't find elsewhere which I appreciate. The staff are always very friendly and helpful which keeps us coming back. The location is also very convenient.

My boyfriend and I visited when Matt and Emily were in and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We were given an honest, unbiased opinion which you can’t get just anywhere these days. Emily even helped entertain my toddler! Always such a good experience here, 10/10 recommend!

My dog and I love Pet Value. The Clayton park location has the best staff. I find the toy selection Larry uTech location to be great.
