We pay service fees for the ability to access banking services. Spending money, depositing money and withdrawing money. But now you don’t get to deposit or withdraw cash after 9:30PM. Same fees, less services. Super neat guys!

Worst branch of Scotia Bank. Receptionist is very rude, first when I reached there he was taking with her team member and he was ignoring me. And when I explained my issue, he was not able to understand and I had repeated my issue for 5 to 7 time. At last when he got my issue. My issue was regarding scene plus point, he simply told me to talk with scene plus company and scene plus company told me that it's issue from bank you need to visit brach. The person who was on reception told me that you are just visiting this branch for first time, it means he wants me to visit again and again to solve my issue. Don't make this brach as your home branch.

If I can, i would give 0 star! I never ever get this terrible bank customer service in Canada. This is my first time visit Scotiabank as a new customer. I was discriminated by the bank clerk. He treated me with disrespect and bias! 5656 Spring garden Rd never go to this branch!

Went to the branch to get the momentum plus bank statements with the name and account number on it, they said they can't do it. Told them that its for IRCC and I did it 3 months ago, they are just asking for 6 months. They said they can't filter and print. The teller said, "you can login to your scotiaonline and hit ctrl P and download that". I told them hundred times that it doesn't show my name. They don't even know how to print the transactions. Worst bank ever

Tellers don't know what they suppose to do, Even they are suggesting to go different branch, which i did and teller from other branch just needed only few mins to help with service

One of the worst, waste, scrap, horrible bank in Canada, don’t know why these people are still running this. Customer care is scrap don’t know how they are getting hired and the bank also is dump. This bank is having our hard earn money getting interest on our money and don’t even care about their customers, RBC is much much better than this.

Avoid this bank. I closed my account because they have horrible customer service. They don’t even have a branch phone number, so I need to call the national customer service number every time and wait 50+ minutes to speak to someone. Disgusting.

Scotia bank has called me no less than 10 times, early morning, during the day and late evening over the last two days asking for a person I have no idea who is. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me - and the latest answer I got was “bring your photo ID to the nearest branch office”. How is this even possible? Wrong number once I can understand - but repeatedly and after I several times told them to stop calling me they still believe I am this woman I have no idea who is.

Last week I went to the Lacewood (don’t go there) location. Horrible service decided not to deposit my cheque there because of the awful service. So today I went to the spring garden location and I believe the representative’s name was Janel/ Jannel she was super understanding of my situation!! She made my horrible experience at Lacewood much better. When things were out of her hands she asked her manager who was also super understanding and didn’t hesitate to make sure I left happy after looking quickly at my account. That was banking done right.Thank you
