About Scotiabank
Scotiabank branch at Spring Garden has teller hours Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Online hours are not the same as the hours posted at the door. One teller helped a customer get a replacement card even after the teller window closed, showing quick and friendly service. A teller handled rude customers with professionalism, earning praise for calm handling. A customer service employee helped a customer pay taxes quickly and efficiently. The branch is praised for good staff, while a nearby branch is noted for poor management and a manager who prefers treats for dogs over client issues.

You’re only open five hours a day; how are you not able to staff for that brief period? Why have five desks for only one teller to be working?

Should say closes at 3. You may be able to make appointments with advisors until 5 but the bank itself closes at 3. Real glad I checked the open hours before bussing there to be told theyre closed.
