There is always a long queue in this branch. The bank closes at 3 PM, I will close my account soon and go to TD bank. I see 4 seniors standing in queue for last 20 minutes and only two tellers and I can see people sitting inside and chit chatting.

It seem like they stole my money while doing friend money exchange . And these guys are now acting as if they don’t have any idea as to what to do.
