I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Rayan. His approach was not very welcoming, and I felt there was a lack of courtesy and professionalism during the interaction. They are always lined up out the door,long waits! And there website says their open until 5pm, but I go in there one day at 305pm and no teller service, only open to 5pm if you need a consul about your investments, the customer service needs more knowledge, and more manners.

I had my pension transferred to a LIRA here, months ago. To this day the money has supposedly been transferred to them. They won’t return my calls. My account is showing no balance.
