Excellent service. Was in twice due to a mistake beyond their control. Had employee Vivianna both times, once without an appointment. She was awesome both times and very informative. She did not make me feel rushed at all. Thanks for your service and I will remain a Telus/Koodo supporter as a result.

Had the best experience getting my account back in good standing after my bank cancelled my compromised CC without telling me. Spent 3 days trying to do it online and the young girl there got it done in 30 mins. I apologize I don't remember her name
