7001 Mumford Rd Unit #201, Entrance #2, Halifax NS B3L 2H8
“The best service provided. I am not even joking. We walked in and got the best plan all because the sales consultant Aarushi asked us what our phone plan is. If it wasn't for her we would have paid wayyy more for a mobile plan. She is great and definitely needs a raise and promotion.”

“I had my phone stolen while travelling. Austin Chauhan at Wirelesswave in Mic Mac Mall, Dartmouth was so kind and patient in helping me fix the situation. His heartfelt words of encouragement and support made the situation more bearable. We were finally able to get my old iPhone 15 working and I have all the same add-ons on my plan. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Austin’s sincerity and professionalism.”

“I first called just to get some info and pricing. The person on the phone provided answers and exact pricing whilst setting reasonable expectations regarding the turn around time. My repairs were done a day earlier and they even accommodated my needs for the repairs to be done at a specific location.”

“Honestly, I a horrible experience with Bell in the shopping center and the customer service line. Given conflicting advice, sent to and from store multiple times. I'm still giving five stars because Owen at the Bayers Lake store was incredibly helpful in helping me fix the mess made by the others. I would gladly recommend him. Thanks, Owen ❤️”

Third level opposite Best Buy Express & Reitmans, 7001 Mumford Rd, Halifax NS B3L 4R3
“Soheel helped us and I'm beyond happy with our experience!! Amazing customer service, way better prices than I expected for a mall shop like this. Ended up walking away with a new phone, phone case, phone charger, 2 screen protectors, AND a 64gb memory card for around $270, which is a STEAL! Soheel was all smiles and very helpful the whole time, and helped us get exactly what we needed way faster than we expected. I hope he gets a bonus or something from these sales because he definitely deserves it!”

“Excellent service. Was in twice due to a mistake beyond their control. Had employee Vivianna both times, once without an appointment. She was awesome both times and very informative. She did not make me feel rushed at all. Thanks for your service and I will remain a Telus/Koodo supporter as a result.”

“Went today to go pick up a laptop for school and I’ve never been so pleased with an experience!! Ian was such an angel he answered all my questions even the dumb ones he knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I got it, genuinely one of the only times I’ve not felt anxious or stressed being in this store. If I could’ve tipped him I would’ve, give that man a raise he deserves it! 10/10 THANK YOU IAN🙌”
