I had a problem with a jacket and they went above and beyond with customer service to make it right. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered a Spinlock Deckvest Lite+ life jacket, along with all the related options, which, by the way, is a very high-quality brand and I love it. I received excellent service from Binnacle.com, with free and fast shipping from Nova Scotia to Quebec. So, in short, I recommend this store, no problem. Serge
