I went in the store today morning there is 3 employees standing. They seems very rude and weird and they did not reply when I said ‘ hi to them. May be they do not how welcome or give respect their customers. My first interaction with them so disappointing

Great place to buy marine supplies. Prices and customer service are excellent with fast delivery. I returned an item and was credited back immediately as soon as they received the item.

Purchased a lifejacket and fan from them earlier today. Salesman on the floor really pushed us to buy 2 lifejackets, even though we only needed one. They didn't seem to trust us, and got one of the young associates to follow us upstairs and linger nearby. It was a very strange experience, I guess they were worried we would steal? Wouldn't go to them again. Hopefully future customers aren't treated with the same suspicion and pushy sales tactics.

The Binnacle us nothing short of amazing. Coming from Florida as a professional Mariner they had everything, including flags, varnish, electrical, hardware, cordage, safety gear, and a full electronics shop. Tony even burned a new chart card for me! If they don't have it their staff can get it. Highly recommended!

Went in there twice. Never going back again. Just because I'm young, you shouldn't treat a customer with despise like that. Is not just old rich man that own boats. I thought you were running a business here. And it wasn't only one employee.
