I really needed a photo in a really tight time, the machine was broken. They rushed to fix it and I was able to make my appointment!

Needed to get my passport renewal documents to Gatineau, QC before it expired in 7 days. Arrived at The UPS Store 233 and met a great young man who helped me through the process. We took photos, printed documents, filled the UPS courier envelope and sent the parcel off all within 15 minutes. What a great experience!!!
