“I recently tried to put a 10’ 2x4 in my 9’11” Audi Q5. It looked like it would fit but when I closed the power hatch it pushed the 2x4 through my windshield. The result was a 20” starburst crack in the middle of my windshield. Ugh. I didn’t have any rope or bungee to tie it to the roof rack. Clearly I have that in my glove box now….I called Speedy auto glass in Lower Sackville the next morning and within 24 hours they replaced my windshield, billed my insurance and everything was good as new. Better really because it’s wonderful to have a fresh clean windshield when you have to drive in the dark and rain in January!”
“I can’t begin to say enough about this shop but especially Natasha. The transmission went in my jeep. They got it in pretty quick to confirm it was indeed the transmission. Natasha dealt with the warranty company. Who in the end decided they weren’t going to go good with the warranty. There was no pressure to proceed or to even get the jeep off their site. I would recommend them to anyone and would take future vehicles to them.”

They offer a warranty on what you buy. give you options on ways to save money or add more perks. The staff Is friendly and easy to talk to. They also have a top notch repair facility that looks after any problems. all in all I had a good experience buying from them. I certainly would recommend them if you are looking for a positive car buying experience. ps. I am not the easiest person to sell a car too.”

“Very trustworthy and committed team here at Speedy. Went above and beyond to diagnose a problem caused by overpriced work I had done at a dealership. Rick and his customer service teammate actually listened to me describe what was happening and have a great sense of humour. The mechanics didn’t give up until they sourced the problem and fixed it. Car is feeling SO much better. Funniest part of it all - we’re relatively new to Sackville so tried Speedy here (loved the team on Robie in Halifax too) for my husband’s vehicle earlier this spring. Speedy flagged significant problems and probably saved my husband from having a severe accident with our “certified pre-owned” purchased from another dealership, a couple months prior. “After calling around to every shop in HRM in tire season to get a set of tires swapped on loose wheels and being told nobody could be bothered to fit them in for a week or downright refusing to touch them as they were 315/35r20 runflats , the guys at Focused started them as soon as I had them off the truck and had them done in an hour , Couldn't be happier with the service I recieved, they will be the first place i call from now on .”
