“I got my first Nokia cell phone in 1989. After being in many mobile stores over a 35 year period, I've never encountered staff like Virgin Plus has at Mic Mac Mall in Dartmouth, NS. This team is amazing! The experience I had will never be forgotten and will be shared with my friends. Hilary got me up and running on a new plan and new phone in about 20 minutes. After that I had to return to the store twice to get the balance of my locked contacts imported to my new phone which was not an easy task, however Blair was able to figure it out. He truly went above and beyond in order to retreive my contacts successfully! Back once more for a password recovery and Derrick was able to figure that out in no time. Thank a million Team Virgin Plus at Mic Mac!”

“I bought a phone during black friday and got a pretty good deal. Gurpreet was the sales-person and was extremely patient. She answered all my queries and showed me many different options. She was calm and did a great job despite the large number of customers (me being one of them ofcourse). She deserves 7 stars! I'm giving the store 4 stars because I feel some of the other employees could have been nicer. The store is more of a 4.5-4.7 because they don't make you feel rushed, and that's super rare during black friday (in my experience atleast).”
