“First time at Ren’s Pets yesterday and I was blown away by the Outstanding Service Received by Laura.She was so Exceptional & knowledgeable on everything for my two Australian Labradoodle as well as simply the best. I would love to have her work for me :)I spent a couple hundred dollars worth last night and I will be buying more moving forward for sure. Besides Laura spending literally a good 20 min impressing me with her incredible customer service and knowledge this place really does have the things I couldn’t find online or at the other same type store. “After my experience at the Larry Uteck location, I only came to Pet Value when I needed something to get me by. Sadly I didnt catch their name but "Cashier #052165" made such a difference in my pet food shopping experience that I plan on switching to this shop as my main source. I mentioned my cats long lost of dietary restrictions and dental issues and after combing the store, found some options for me to try. My cat has never licked the bowl this clean before and she is incredibly happy with the results. Thanks for helping my fur baby today team ?”

“My family fosters dogs for the SPCA and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. We have looked after a mother with her 11 puppies, a litter of seven puppies and we’re currently fostering a pregnant mother. The SPCA has been nothing but totally supportive and helpful. The adult dogs that we have had were, and are, awesomely behaved animals. It has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience for everyone in our household. I highly recommend doing this as an option for helping out.”

“I recently had my fish tank start leaking pretty badly which forced me to upgrade sooner than I anticipated. I went to this location that night and the individual helping me was incredible (Vanessa?) along with the help of their inventory lead (Tim?). I was so impressed with the customer service and kindness of Vanessa, that I made sure to come back when I needed more fish stuff, even though I usually go to my local fish store. I was served by them again tonight and was again just impressed by the warmth and positive attitude. Whoever is their management I hope that they recognize how lucky they are to have them represent their company.”
