Very basic old time motel, at an excellent location to explore the tidal bore. We made it our base to drive to Five Islands and Burntcoat (both around an hour's drive). Light sleepers might be disturbed by traffic sounds from the highway facing rooms, but it was not a problem for us.

Great location!
Perfect to see the tide come in across the street. We were able to see deer come into the yard as well. Nice and clean.
