“When in Bridgewater I always like to drop in to King Street Shoes if I have time. Recently I purchased a lovely pair of Isle Jacobsen loafers, a pair of Dansko flats and super comfy Glerups for wearing around the house. I actually hate shoe shopping because I find it hard to get shoes that fit properly. Obviously I don't have that problem with the selection available at KSS.”

“I generally walk in and walk out. I've never found their inventory that interesting or the staff very engaging. But this Friday I wandered in again. The guy that approached me was beyond engaging. He knew the products, knew exactly what my tastes were when I mentioned a couple of my favorite brands, and took me on a tour through the store that actually ended with me buying something I never would have looked at on my own. I don't know his name, tall, dark curly hair, and killer patent oxfords, but whoever is paying him, give him a raise. I've worked in retail a few times and this is the kind of person customers respond to. Well done.”
